Any spare moment I’ve had this week I went outside to enjoy this incredibly warm & gorgeous weather we’ve been having. The leaves blanket so much of the ground I cannot see the grass anymore. It’s beautiful out — GO outside.

Just as the seasons change, real estate activity naturally winds down as we head into the holiday season — except for the number of rentals this year — The number of rentals spiked WAY up to over thirteen-thousand! (normally number of rentals goes down now).

Overall however, the numbers for residential sales for that came in for October this year remain strong:

The MLS® HPI Composite Benchmark was up by 10.8 per cent on a year-over-year basis in October 2020. The average selling price for all home types combined was $968,318 – up by 13.7 per cent compared to $851,877 in October 2019.
